About the wording on the label

The front of the bottle carries three phrases — cartilage restoration, enhanced mobility and pain relief — each marked with a dagger pointing at the FDA disclaimer. They are the manufacturer’s own label claims. This site reproduces them as label wording and says so every time they appear. They are not established clinical effects, and we do not present them as any.

Results disclaimer

Customer accounts here are individual experiences shared with permission. They are not typical, not an average and not evidence of what anyone else will experience. Product photography comes from the manufacturer’s own supplied material. Several files in that pack are deliberately not used here, and it is worth saying which and why:

• Three stock portrait photographs supplied for use beside customer reviews. Attaching a stock model’s face to a written account presents an invented person as a photographed customer. The reviews on this site use initials and a location instead, and no face appears next to any of them.
• A checkout screenshot showing a struck-through “normal price” several times higher than anything actually charged, alongside third-party security seals. We quote the real prices instead and do not repeat a list price nothing is sold at.
• A second pricing image supplied under a filename suggesting it showed accepted payment cards. It is in fact a screenshot of another site’s pricing table, carrying the same inflated struck-through figures. Accepted payment methods are listed here in plain text instead.

One image is used in edited form: the supplied lifestyle photograph arrived with anatomical joint overlays glowing at the knee, hip and ankle. That styling implies a clinical effect the evidence does not support, so the overlay column has been cropped away and what remains is captioned as manufacturer lifestyle imagery.

The three-bottle pack image on the pricing section is composed from the manufacturer’s own single-bottle artwork, because no three-bottle photograph was supplied. It is the same bottle, repeated.
